Mum's Love

When u were 1 year old, she fed u and bathed u
U thanked her by crying all night long.

When u were 2 years old, she taught u to walk
U thanked her by running away when she called

When u were 3 years old, she made all your meals with love
U thanked her by tossing your plate on the floor.

When u were 4 years old, she gave u some crayons
U thanked her by coloring the dining room table.

When u were 5 years old, she dressed u for the holidays
U thanked her by plopping into the nearest.

When u were 6 years old, she walked u to school
U thanked her by screaming , "I'M NOT GOING!"

When u were 7 years old, she bought u a baseball
U thanked her by throwing it thro the next dr neighbor's window.

When u were 8 years old, she handed u an ice cream
U thanked her by dripping it all over your lap.

When u were 9 years old, she paid for piano lessons
U thanked her by never even bothering to practise.

When u were 10 years old, she drove u all day fr soccer to gymnastic to one birthday party after another
U thanked her by jumping out of the car and never looking back.

When u were 11 years old, she took u and your friends to the movies
U thanked her by asking to sit in a different row.

When u were 12 years old, she warned u not to watch certain TV shows
U thanked her by waiting until she left the house.

When u were 13 , she suggested a haircut
U thanked her by telling her she had no taste.

When u were 14 , she paid for a month away at summer camp
U thanked her by forgetting to write a single letter.

When u were 15 , she came home from work, looking for a hug
U thanked her by having your bedroom door locked.

When u were 16 , she taught u how to drive her car
U thanked her by taking it every chance u could.

When u were 17 , she was expecting an impt call
U thanked her by being on the phone all night.

When u were 18, she cried at your high school graduation
U thanked her by staying out partying until dawn.

When u were 19, she paid for your college tuition, drove u to campus carried your bags
U thanked her by saying good-bye outside the dorm so u wouldn't be embarrassed in front of your friends.

When u were 20, she asked whether u were seeing anyone
U thanked her by saying, "It's none of your biz."

When u were 21, she suggested certain careers for your future.
U thanked her by saying, "I don't wan to be like u."

When u were 22, she hugged u at your college graduation
U thanked her by asking whether she could pay for a trip to Europe.

When u were 23, she gave u furniture for your first apartment
U thanked her by telling your friends it was ugly.

When u were 24, she met your fiance and asked abt your plans for the future
U thanked her by glaring and growling. "Muuhh-ther, pls!"

Whn u were 25, she helped to pay for your wedding, and she cried and told u how deeply she loved u
U thanked her by moving halfway across the country.

When u were 30, she called with some advice on the baby
U thanked her by telling her, "Things are different now."

When u were 40, she called to remind u of a relative's birthday
U thanked her by saying u were "really busy right now."

When u were 50, she fell ill and needed u to take care of her
U thanked her by reading abt the burden parents become to their children.

And then, one day she quietly died, And everything u never did came crashing down like thunder on you HEART......

IF SHE IS STILL AROUND, NEVER FORGET TO LOVE HER MORE THAN EVER.....
AND IF SHE'S NOT, REMEMBER HER UNCONDITIONAL LOVE AND PASS IT ON....
ALWAYS REMEMBER TO LOVE THY MOTHER...
BECAUSE U ONLY HAVE ONE MOTHER IN YOUR LIFETIME....!!!!!!!!
